Edge already supports installing Chrome themes from Google Web Store. After adding an accent color option to the Edge theme, Microsoft has quietly published various game themes to Edge Add-ons Store and are available to change the look of Edge browser as well as browser New Tab Page. As of writing, in addition to Wonder Woman 1984 Theme, the store contains themes on Halo, Microsoft Flight Simulator, Forza Horizon 4, Gears 5, Sea of Thieves, Ori, and Will of the Wisps theme, and more.
Microsoft says these themes “create beautiful and immersive visual experiences”. You can apply different themes to every profile to separate from work, family, or home.
The company notes it will add more themes to Edge Add-ons Store soon.

Install themes from Edge Add-ons Store in Edge browser
- Launch Edge browser
- Head to Microsoft Edge Add-ons – Themes
- Scroll through and glance at all the themes, click on the “Get” button
- Further, click on the “add theme” button to install the theme in the Edge browser.
You can see the changes right away in the appearance of Edge, where
- Tab bar and toolbar look switches to theme’s
- and New Tab Page wallPaper will be replaced with of custom theme you’ve installed just now.
To uninstall a theme from Edge
- Visit Settings > Appearance
- Click the Remove button under “Custom theme”.
Do note you can able to see and install themes in Edge Canary and dev only, at the moment.
