Microsoft has now an answer to the lack of themes in Edge. You can already visit Chrome Web Store and install any theme you like in Edge or you can add Microsoft’s one and only official theme from Edge add-ons Store. It’s likely that the Edge Add-ons store will get more themes in the future, at the moment, like Chrome, the Edge now lets you create your own custom themes by offering various accent colors.
In addition to, System Default, light, and Dark themes, Microsoft is bringing more theme options to Edge to customize the browser. The feature available in Canary lets you apply various colors to the Edge browser.

Create Custom themes in Edge browser
- Launch Edge browser
- Visit edge://flags page
- Search for “Enable picker for color based themes”

- Click on the dropdown arrow and select “Enabled”
- Restart the browser.
- Now click on the three-dot icon, select “Settings”
- Select “Appearance”
