Opera: Disable News Feed Icon on the address bar

As we’ve told you, you can now subscribe to RSS feeds to sites straight from the address bar in Opera browser without you needing to visit Personal News first, if you don’t want to use Opera’s RSS Reader feature, then you may also not want to see the news feed icon (Opera software calls its as newspaper icon) on the address bar. Here is how you can disable or hide News feed icon on the Opera address bar.

Disabling News Feed icon on address bar in Opera

1. Visit Opera Settings, click on Browser and under Personal News,

2. Uncheck ‘Show available news feeds on address bar‘.
