With Google Chrome 76 set to release today on July 30, 2019, installers of Microsoft Edge stable and beta channels based on Chromium 76 were leaked online and available for download. Though stable installer isn’t working, failed in the middle, Edge beta 76.0.182.19 installed for us successfully.
As of now, officially, Dev and Canary versions of Microsoft Edge preview builds are available for Windows and Mac, beta not yet available, by the look of things, the Beta channel will be available soon.

The above links are online installers, your device needs to be online and you should be using Windows 7, 8, 8.1 or Windows 10 to install the beta or stable build.
