
No, Windows 10 Creators Update isn’t available for public (it will be available from April 11), but from April 5 onwards, you can manually upgrade or install the Creators Update using Windows Upgrade Assistant or by using Media Creation tool by visiting this link.
Those who’re using CU when check their Windows Update history today, they can notice cumulative Update for Windows 10 version 1703 KB4016251 already installed there. Update History shows it under ‘Quality Updates’.
What’s new in KB4016251
The Cumulative update KB4016251 doesn’t offer new features, instead it includes quality improvements. The same update is also available for download on the Microsoft Update Catalog site (which now works in any browser).
