
A month ago, Microsoft released .NET Framework 4.7 as part of Windows 10 Creators Update, now the company has made .NET 4.7 generally available for other versions of Windows such as Windows 10 Anniversary Update, Windows 8.1 and Windows 7 SP1. You can now download and install this version of .NET on your computer. This is an in-place update to .NET Framework 4, 4.5, 4.5.1, 4.5.2, 4.6, 4.6.1 and 4.6.2.

- Touch support for WPF applications on Windows 10
- Enhanced cryptography support
- Support for C# 7 and VB 15, including ValueTuple
