How to install the FC Web App on Windows 11 and 10 with Edge
Edge turns the Web App into a windowed app that opens from the taskbar, without tabs or an address bar.
- Open Microsoft Edge and go to the FC Web App at ea.com.
- Select Login and sign in with the EA Account that owns your Ultimate Team club.
- Select Settings and more, the three-dot button at the top right.
- Select More tools, then Apps, then Install this site as an app.
- Go to edge://apps and select Details on the Web App card.
- Select Pin to taskbar, Pin to Start or Create Desktop shortcut.
The installed app appears under edge://apps, where you can also turn on Auto-start on device login.
Install the FC Web App on Windows with Chrome instead
Chrome builds the same windowed app from ea.com.
- Open Chrome and go to the FC Web App.
- Select Login and sign in with your EA Account.
- Select More, the three-dot button at the top right.
- Select Cast, save, and share, then Install page as app.
- Follow the on-screen prompt to finish the install.

The Web App on ea.com signs in to the same EA Account and club, so either one works on the same squad.
Both need an internet connection, and neither replaces the game itself for playing matches.
How to connect your Ultimate Team club to the Companion
The Companion and the Web App cannot see a club that does not exist yet. Set it up in the game first.
- Start EA SPORTS FC 27 on your PC, PlayStation, Xbox or Nintendo Switch.
- Open Ultimate Team and create your Football Ultimate Team club.
- Create a Security Question and Answer when the game asks for one.
- Open the Companion on your phone, or the FC Web App on your computer.
- Select Login and sign in with the same EA Account the game uses.
Use the same EA Account on every device, or the app finds no club.
How to update the EA SPORTS FC Companion app
The Web App on a PC or Mac has no version number. It loads the current release each time it opens.
- On an iPhone or iPad, open the App Store and tap your profile picture.
