
When you install Windows 10, Microsoft Store comes included with it and allows you to see and get various apps available on the Store. Microsoft confirmed in a document that current Windows 10 version 1909 and earlier versions, doesn’t support uninstalling or removing of Microsoft Store app.
You can uninstall Windows 10 Apps including Microsoft Store by using third-party apps such as CCleaner, Revo Uninstaller, IObit Uninstaller, Windows 10 App Remover etc and you can able to reinstall it along with other default apps by running the Powershell command or by using tools available on the Internet.
But Microsoft says if you’ve uninstalled Microsoft Store app intentionally, then the Microsoft-support way of getting it back is by resetting or reinstalling Windows.
The company notes in the document that Windows 10 doesn’t support uninstalling Microsoft Store app, doing so may cause unintended consequences and says there is no supported workaround available to uninstall or reinstall the Store app.
Redmond Software giant says ” IT Professionals can configure, limit or block access to Microsoft Store for client computers.” So pay attention while uninstalling Windows 10 Apps by using third-party tools as Windows 10’s Control Panel or Settings’ App & features don’t list Microsoft Store for removal.
Windows 10 users should never be uninstalling the Microsoft Store, even if they have no plans to use in the future.
