Fixing Windows Store’s message ‘This app encountered a problem. Please reinstall it to repair’ in Windows 10

1. Open the Run dialog box and type ‘cmd’ without quotes, and press enter

2. Now run the command wsreset.exe

3. Now Store refreshes, click on ‘reinstall’ button, the app will then be reinstalled and ‘open’ button will appear.
