Flip Ahead not exists in Release Preview of Internet Explorer 10 for Windows 7

AFAIK  Flip Ahead is aimed at touch screen devices only that’s why its available for IE10 metro only- not available for IE on desktop. I’ve read few blogs reporting Flip Ahead feature exists in recently released IE10 release preview for Windows 7. Let me confirm that’s not true. At present you can’t find the option to enable it under Advanced tab of Internet Options dialog.
