This service runs from the location ‘C:Program FilesFoxit SoftwareFoxit ReaderFoxit Cloud’, yes! Indeed, it has been installed by Foxit Cloud. To remove or stop this process from running, you need to uninstall Foxit Cloud from your computer.
Removing FCUpdateService.exe
Control Panel>Programs and Features>Programs>Programs and Features, select ‘Foxit Cloud’ and click ‘Uninstall’ button.
How to Remove Foxit Reader’s Foxit Cloud Option and CloudReading Plugin?
Note: Uninstalling Foxit Cloud doesn’t affect the way Foxit Reader functions, you can safely remove it unless you use the service.
