Fix RingCentral not installing on Windows 11 or 10
The installer will not run on a Windows ARM laptop
The Download for Windows button serves the x64 build, and ARM64 has its own file.
- Open Settings > System > About and confirm System type shows an ARM-based processor.

- Run it and sign in again.
Windows says the app is not compatible
