Microsoft released cumulative update KB4497935 for Windows 10 version 1903 and is available for download via Windows Update. The update won’t be installed until and unless you visit Windows Update and click download and install now button after checking for updates.

This update increases Windows 10 OS build to 18362.116. The KB4497935 contains fixes to major issues for Windows 10 May 2019 Update. For instance, the external USB device when connected and detected during Windows 10 feature update installation, the installation won’t proceed by showing “This PC can’t be upgraded to Windows 10”, this has been triggered to stop incorrect drive reassignment during installation.
MS has now fixed the issue with this update, it’s just a matter of time company releasing new ISOs or updating media creation tool to deliver installation media that contains these fixes for a smooth upgrade.
The update also addresses Night Light mode which could get turned off during display mode changes. The update has been pushed to the general public after testing for insiders in slow and release preview rings.
There are a couple of known issues with this update. The games that use old BattlEye Anti-cheat software has compatibility issues with Windows 10 version 1903, BattleEye has provided a patch for affected games, check their FAQ page for more details.
Another known issue which Microsoft currently investigating is of Window Sandbox. The feature may fail to start and displays an error if OS display language is changed during installation of version 1903.
