Chrome Poised to get Microsoft Edge Tab Preview Feature

Do you like Microsoft Edge browser’ Tab preview’ feature, Google is working to get the feature in the Chrome browser through Tab hover cards. Tab Hover cards, currently behind chrome://flags page, when enabled, instead of displaying Page title with a tooltip, shows page title and domain name when you hover over. Now Chromium developers landed another flag ‘Tab Hover Card images’, which if you enable now, soon show ‘image in tab hover cards’.  The CL for this has been landed and you’ll soon see it working, perhaps with next Canary update.

This commit for the bug says “Add a flag seperately enable hover card preview images. CL which actually implements images is forthcoming.”

Atm, the new flag is not working, expect it to work soon.

2. Enable both Tab Hover Cards and Tab Hover Card Images flags.
