When was the last time you’ve right clicked on a file or folder or a hard disk drive and selected ‘Scan with Malwarebytes’ option with the Malwarebytes anti-malware installed on your computer? If your answer is No, not that many times, and let me remind you, with Windows Defender (or other third-party antivirus) running, you already have a ‘Scan with Windows Defender‘ option exist in context menu.
So if you’re using both Malwarebytes and Windows Defender, then you have two scan with options present in the Context menu. If you want to keep your Windows right click menu or context menu simple without clutter, you may want to remove unnecessary ‘Scan with Malwarebytes’ option, here is how that can be done.
