As part of the Patch Tuesday for the month June, Microsoft has released Cumulative Update (KB4284835) for Windows 10 v1803 and is available for download via Windows Update and Microsoft Catalog Update Site. Like all CUs, this KB4284835 brings quality improvements to Windows 10 April 2018 Update devices and has increased the OS build number to 17134.112.
What’s new in Cumulative Update for Windows 10 v1803 ( KB4284835)
1. Offers Protections for Speculative Store Bypass, but the protections are not enabled by default. Please refer this KB4073119 for more information.
2. The update now helps QuickBooks to run in Multi-user mode, which previously not the case with 2017 and 2018 versions of Quickbook on Windows 10 v1803.
3. Adds SameSite Cookie Web Standard support to Micorosoft Edge and Internet Explorer browsers.
4. Fixed an issue with Internet Explorer that stops browser from using updated version of location services.
5. Fixes a problem with that causes specific games to fail to display dialogs connected to interlaced monitors.
6. Fixes Brightness controls issues on certain laptops running Windows 10 after update to April 2018 update.
7. Fixes a reliability issue with GameBar, which fails to run.
8. The update resolves issue where firmware updates cause Windows 10 devices to go in Bitlocker recovery mode when bitlocker is enabled.
9. If you’ve seen a black screen on start of Windows 10 1803 after installing update, software giant fixed it with this update, mentions reason as the previous updates published for April 2018 Update were incompatible with specific versions of PC TuneUp Utilities.

Nope… each time i boot, it asks again and again to download….if i try to install mannualy it say that the CU is already installed
