KB4100403 fixes Windows 10 April Update 2018 Issue of Intel & Toshiba SSDs
Known issue 1: It has been reported that select devices with Intel SSD 600p Series or Intel SSD Pro 6000p Series not able to upgrade to Windows 10 April Update 2018, while trying to do so causes SSDs to repeatedly enter a UEFI screen after restart or stop working,

Workaround: The resolution has been included in this update. Microsoft suggests affected Intel SSD device owners to wait for Windows 10 April 2018 update to be offered on their device or beginning from May 25th, they can manually check for updates and install this update.
Known issue 2: After upgrading to Windows 1o version 1803, select devices with Toshiba XG4 Series, Toshiba XG5 Series, or Toshiba BG3 Series SSDs have shown a poor battery life.
Workaround: The problem resolved in KB4100403. Microsoft recommends affected Toshiba SSD device owners to wait till Windows 10, version 1803 update is offered to them after June Update Tuesday or they can also manually check for updates to get this resolution.
