Browser vendors these days are adding screen capture feature to their browsers, after Vivaldi and Firefox (with name Firefox screenshots still not available in stable channel), now Opera has done that. Opera Software has brought the snap-to-gallery tool existed in Neon concept and added it to Opera browser in the sidebar.
The camera icon with name ‘Snap’ in the sidebar when clicked, allows to capture portions of a web page or the entire site, and offers the options to save the image either to your computer or to clipboard. Opera’s screen capture tool hasn’t finished yet, there is still a lot of work to be done in our opinion and lacks image saving options (either PNG or JPEG format) which Vivaldi offers.
Latest Vivaldi Snapshot improves Screenshot feature
You can spot this feature in latest Opera 48 developer version, which you can download from this link.
Other than this change, Opera Software has reorganized the items in Opera menu for Windows and Linux systems. Bookmarks and Developer menu items have been organized much better in their own sections.
