Microsoft yet to officially announce about Refresh Windows tool, but the download link is now live. A month back, Microsoft’s Jason has announced on insider forum that they’re working on a tool for insiders to do a clean installation of Windows 10, the news is this program or Refresh Windows tool is now available for download.
Keep in mind that, this can only be run on Redstone builds (currently available to insiders), but not on current Threshold 2 build 10586. You can expect the tool to work on Anniversary update installed Windows, which to be launched by Redmond software giant in this July.
