If the reason for you to be not part of Windows Insider Program is the risk of installing unstable builds with bugs on your Windows 10 device, then you may need to reconsider it now, as Windows Insider program head, Gabe Aul shared a great news: They’ve introduced a new Release preview ring to insiders that provides early access to updates to current branch (not builds), which is 10586. Software giant assures there is a minimal risk to your Windows 10 devices when you’re on this ring.

Windows 10 Insider program Release Preview Ring
“Today we are introducing a new ring named the Windows Insider Release Preview ring for both PC and mobile. The Release Preview ring will focus on Insiders that want to stay on the Current Branch (currently builds based off of 10586), but continue to receive early access to updates, application updates, and driver updates”
So with the addition of the third release Preview ring, the list of rings for Windows 10 Insider Program has gone up to three from two of Fast and Slow.
To say again, both rings existed till now are suitable for insiders getting early access to builds, and feature updates. Fast ring users have more risk to their devices, whereas Safe ring has less risk, and newly available Release Preview ring has minimal risk. We can expect more users to to join the new ring.
