If you’re using Windows 10 build 10130, ensure you’ve installed KB3070677 update (available via Windows Update) aka Windows 10 Preview June Update on your computer, if not, check for updates or check update history, if installed, restart your system to install it. This update is necessary for Windows Update in Windows 10 to detect and download available new preview builds, otherwise it may not able to do that.
