than u guys really appreciate that……..
thanks – finally found some help
it says acess denied when i try to turn it into Disabled mode in Services program.
You should be running as administrator to do that, ensure you’re.
Running services as administrator and attempting to change the startup type to disabled give an ‘Access Denied’ message.
Or temporarily disable AVG protection and see you can turn off the service.

Going to try this. Tried to ring AVG tech support and apparently my avg file is corrupted and the only way to fix this problem is to pay for them to fix it
My shutdown was very slow I didn’t know why until ….
because of avgidsagenta.exe
Boot windows in SAFE Mode (F8 when booting win)
Then go to services :
Disable the AVGIDSAgent
or better delete it :
sc delete AVGIDSAgent
Can also delete or rename avgidsagenta.exe in C:\Program Files (x86)\AVG\Av
Thank u so much. Appreciated the help. Best of luck..for the future ….
