Can I delete ‘Norton Installation Files’ folder on the desktop?

After installing Norton product like Norton Internet Security or Norton 360, you can notice ‘Norton Installation Files’ folder on the desktop, which is actually a shortcut points to Public Downloads folder in C drive, for e.g. it looks like this : ‘C:UsersPublicDownloadsNorton{NS220067-Beta-FSD50051}‘.

You’ve nothing to do with these files -contains full installer- which are needed for re-installation purposes, if you can reinstall Norton Product like as you installed it before, you can go ahead and delete those files.
