Tip: Always Start Vivaldi in Private Browsing mode by default

Yesterday, we’ve covered Vivaldi browser has received Private browsing mode feature, today, we’re going to tell you how to start this browser in PB mode by default.

Always Start Vivaldi browser in Private browsing mode by default

1. Right click on Vivaldi shortcut on the desktop and select ‘Properties’

2. In the Target field, at the end of the string, give a space and add

 --incognito

3. Here the Target field should look like this

C:Users<username>AppDataLocalVivaldiApplicationvivaldi.exe --incognito

Whenever you want to start Vivaldi browser in Private browsing mode automatically, instead of opening the browser and then using the file menu, click on this shortcut instead.
