
We’ve reported Google Chrome allows you to apply colors to browser UI, Chromium team now added the ability to uninstall the theme you’ve installed in Chrome browser from Colors menu on the New Tab Page.
Till now, if you install a theme in Chrome browser from Web Store, to uninstall it you need to visit Settings > Appearance and click on “Reset to default” button whereas Current Chrome Canary also allows uninstalling themes from Colors menu on New Tab Page.
You can spot this change in the latest Canary 77 and needs to have below two flags enabled in chrome://flags page.

Once you have above two experimental features enabled in Chrome browser,
1. If you’ve not already installed, install any theme from Chrome Web Store by visiting this link,

2. Open New Tab Page
3. Click on the “Customize” icon
4. Select ” Color and theme” to see information about the current theme you’ve installed with a link pointing to the Web Store and “Uninstall” button.
Clicking Uninstall button supposed to remove the theme and restore the Chrome’s default, but at the moment, uninstall button is not working, expect it to function in the coming days.
UPDATE July 12, 2019: Uninstall button is now working.
