Vivaldi 1.4: Theme Scheduling Feature

Vivaldi 1.4 RC1 snapshot 1.4.589.2 has been released by Vivaldi team and is available to download for Windows, Mac and Linux platforms with two new features: Theme scheduling and opening of last closed tab with mouse middle click. Before scheduling a particular theme — you’ve the options to choose from: Light, Subtle, Redmon, Olive, Dark, Human, Hot Pink, BluePrint — in Vivaldi browser at particular point of time, you need to enable the feature first.

For that. click on V menu > Tools > Settings and select Themes and check ‘Change theme on schedule under Scheduled Themes and set a time. Vivaldi says you can schedule many theme changes.

With this feature, you can able to ‘automatically change between themes at night, or any set time’. You  can adjust the starting points by dragging the sliders.

Another new feature: We can able to open last closed tab in browser with Ctrl+Shift+T keyboard shortcut. Now you can able to do that with your mouse: middle click of mouse on trash icon opens the recently closed tab.
