You can now drag and drop files into Google Drive

Drag files from desktop onto Google drive website to upload. Google Drive already allows you to upload files, images and videos on the web, now the service also supports drag and drop of files from desktop in Chrome and Firefox browsers. Today Google has announced that you can now drag files from your computer directly into Google Drive folders or sub folders, they’ll be instantly uploaded.

“With today’s update, if you’re using the latest versions of Chrome or Firefox on the web, you can now drag a file from your desktop directly into Drive folders or  subfolders.”
