Three months back Opera software has acquired SurfEasy VPN, they started to promote it in Opera 32 developer latest update 32.0.1918.0 for Windows and Mac (this build is not available for Linux).
Zhenis, Product Manager for Opera desktop products says ‘We also add a few links to the SurfEasy promotion. It is only context dependent, and once you have it installed, you will never see the promotion again.’

Disable or turn off SurfEasy Promotion
Visit opera://flags, find ‘Surf Easy Promotion’ and select ‘Disabled’, restart the browser.
Other changes and improvements
Bookmark menu now remembers previously selected bookmark folder and adds the next bookmark to it. Opera desktop team is trying to improve space efficiency, because of that work you can notice small tiles or thumbnails for bookmarks in the bookmark manager and you can resize the left bar also.
