If you want to do that, visit chrome://extensions page, scroll down all the way down to the bottom of the page and click on ‘Keyboard shortcuts’ or visit chrome://extensions/configureCommands from the omnibox, ‘keyboard shortcuts for Extensions and Apps’ dialog pops up and lets you set hotkeys for the extensions.
