Opera to get Pepper Flash, Developer 24 Now available with its Support

After Chrome, Opera to get Pepper Flash. Opera 24 Developer has been available for download for Windows and Mac. This version to support PPAPI-based flash, Norwegian browser company claiming this as big change.

“Pepper Flash allows for a more stable method of running Flash, since each plugin is sandboxed. Opera has been working with Adobe to provide a PPAPI-based Flash solution for Opera users. This effort is not yet complete. Further work will be needed from both Opera and Adobe before Pepper Flash will be available to all, out of the box.” Ruarí Ødegaard said in Opera desktop team blog.

To test Pepper Flash in Opera, which is currently only available for Windows at present, make sure you’re using Developer 24 (Download Opera Developer), head over to Adobe lads download page, download and install Flash 14 beta for Windows.
