Opera 23 has entered Next stream from Developer, (soon it will be released in a stable version) and is available for download. Opera boasts about not so useful Heart menu (which appears in the address bar) that lets you add the page you’re on to Speed Dial or Stash or Bookmark bar.
“The biggest UI change is that we have tidied the combined search and address bar to contain just a single heart, which triggers a sub-menu for choosing to add a page to Speed Dial or to access the Stash feature or bookmarks bar.” Mateusz Madej, tester in Opera desktop team said in a blog post.

Opera:extensions and Opera:Themes pages got a search box. UI elements to unblock insecure content in secure session have been added.
