Chrome Picture in Picture mode now shows Previous and Next Track buttons for Playlists on YouTube

Picture in Picture mode in Chrome browser is getting improved. Recently, we’ve covered Google updated PIP UI for the first time and shows YouTube video info in an overlay when you use media keys, to the latest, PIP mode now shows Previous and Next track buttons for Playlists in YouTube, so you can go forward and back through tracks in a playlist by clicking on buttons or use PrevTrack and NextTrack keys on your keyboard.

Till now Picture in Picture Window displays back to the tab, Pause/Play, and Mute buttons, and dims video background when you hover the cursor over it, now the feature allows you to play next track and previous track by offering controls in the window.

You can notice this change in latest Chrome 77 Canary and Edge browser, you need to have “Experimental Web Platform features” flag enabled in about:flags page to spot these experimental features that are currently under testing.
