When you click on the smiley icon on the toolbar, the feedback form opens, by default the feedback also sends the Diagnostic data unless you uncheck it in the form before sending. The diagnostic data which helps Microsoft to understand Edge problems used to contain two logs only, now it has been updated to send more diagnostic logs related to:

Sync Events, Autofill info, Crash report information, Experiments and field trials, installed extensions, field trial details, GPU info, tracking prevention info, etc.

You’ll have full control over which logs to send and which not. The Diagnostic data dialog now allows the user to recreate his problem. Once you give consent and begin recording, when done, get back to the dialog and stop recording, then click “save and include file”.   Do note this includes personally identifiable information.
