Recover deleted bookmarks from Chrome with Chrome Bookmarks Recovery Tool
Generally, Chrome stores the bookmarks and bookmarks backup file (bookmarks.bak) in its profile folder. If you’re missing bookmarks, you should be looking at this location for them.

Recovering Chrome bookmarks
1. Copy the above path and paste it into Windows Explorer
2. When you search for bookmarks, Explorer shows Bookmarks and Bookmarks. bak files.

3. Now visit, the Chrome bookmarks Recovery tool page for Windows
4. Drag and drop both files into the box on the page to be converted into HTML.

5. The tool shows X number of “bookmarks found and download is ready message after processing them. The file will be saved as html file with the name ‘bookmark_backup’.
6. Open the file in any web browser and check the bookmark links there, if you’re happy with it, launch Chrome and open the bookmarks manager.
7. Click on three vertical dots and choose ‘Import bookmarks’, select the HTML file and click ‘Open’, done.
Done, Bookmarks have been imported into Chrome.
Summary: If you’ve lost or deleted Chrome bookmarks, you can successfully recover them using the “Chrome Bookmarks Recovery Tool” available online. This tool finds the bookmarks and bookmarks bak files you uploaded from the Chrome profile folder and lets you download them in an HTML file.
