After installing and configuring IObit Advanced SystemCare, when you start your computer next time, ASC shows its first notification about your system boot time. This and other notifications –displayed by the IObit software at different times –will be displayed for 10 seconds each, after that, they’ll disappear.
For instance, when you install a new application, Startup Manager shows ‘a new startup item detected’ notification, similarly, when you uninstall a program, IObit Uninstaller component included in ASC asks to clean leftovers- this is autoclean notification.
ASC pre-configured to display notifications to users to sweep browsers, clean Recycle Bin, to run App/Toolbar Cleaner, to perform Autocare, and autoupdate the program. The notification shown by Startup Manager is somewhat useful, remaining are not, they’re annoying. If you don’t want to see Advanced SystemCare notifications, you can disable all of them, here is how.

Disabling Advanced SystemCare Notifications
1. Right click on the ASC icon in the system tray and choose Open Advanced SystemCare
2. Click on menu and choose Settings, select Notifications and uncheck all or desired ones, and click Apply, done.
What I did was to open services and change the startup to disabled because when I set it to manual it automatically changed back to automatic.
