One big change coming to Chrome 55 is Google will make the HTML5 the default experience, except for the sites that work only with Flash. Another minor change you will notice unless you’re on a stable internet connection is favicon being shown in tab is desaturated when a network error is encountered.
But the favicon color comes back to normal when the internet connection works fine. Moreover, network error tab titles will only show the host name, but not the full URL. Check this bug for more details.
