
Even some emails or newsletters from known senders sometimes reach spam or trash folder in Gmail, finding the missing emails using search in Gmail is not an easy task, till now Gmail searches in trash folder only, but from today onwards it searches both in the trash and spam folders.
Gmail now searches in Spam folder also
“Sometimes emails are mistakenly marked as spam or put into Trash, and they can be difficult to discover via search. To help address this issue, Gmail will now search in both the Trash and Spam folders (only Trash was indexed previously).”
Gmail’s ‘Undo Send’ is now available to all, here is how to enable it
“If a match is found, a footer at the bottom of search results will indicate the match and direct the user to view the messages.” Below is the search result you’ll see in Gmail when that happens.
