Last updated on August 7, 2014 By Venkat

Finding unsubscribe option for messages in Gmail is now easier than before. No more searching through the content of the message for ‘unsubscribe‘ link in Gmail? You’ll now find it on top next to the sender’s address. This can be a surprise for you, but today,Gmail has officially announced about Unsubscribe feature in the email service, which you’re already seeing since few weeks.

Unsubscribe Link in Gmail

"Now when a sender includes an “Unsubscribe” link in a Promotions, Social or Forums message, Gmail will surface it to the top, right next to the sender address. If you’re interested in the message’s content, it won’t get in the way, and if not, it’ll make it easier to keep your inbox clutter-free."

MailTrack now available for Desktop Chrome as an extension, Currently Works for Gmail

If you’ve subscribed to lots of mailing lists for updates, and realized later they are not relevant, if sender includes unsubscribe link, Gmail automatically moves it to top for you to notice and use (check the screenshot above).
