Panda Security has released Panda Free Antivirus 2016 and is available for download with Windows 10 support. Except the UI and icons, we don’t see any new features or changes included this version when compared to previous one. What’s new in free edition is not officially announced by Panda Security company on their website.

We suggest you to uninstall the previous version before installing the new version. And don’t forget to toggle ‘Panda news’ in General of Settings to avoid promotional upgrade pop-ups, which free antivirus users have to face these days.
Panda Free Antivirus 2015 removal tool
If you can’t uninstall 2015 version from your computer, use the removal tool offered by the company.
