Mozilla Speeds Up location Bar Searches in Firefox 33

Firefox 33 offers an improved search experience through the location bar. Unlike to Chrome’s omnibox, Firefox has an address bar and search bar. When you search for a single word or number in the location bar, Firefox first looks up for that website, if not present, ‘unable to connect error page’ or search results will be displayed after a long delay. This no longer the case with Firefox 33 (currently in Aurora), search results will be displayed on average 5 seconds faster than before, Mozilla’s Jared Wein said in his blog.

At present, searches for query ending with a period, and Query containing a period in the middle,  throws server not found pages, these two minor bugs needs to be fixed.
