Update: You can download portable version for this app from Portableapps site.
Version 3 IS NOT portable anymore. It installs itself in \Programs Files\Iobit\Iobit Uninstaller (or in \Programs Files (x86)\Iobit\Iobit Uninstaller in x64 systems), adds shortcuts to the Desktop, Start Menu and Control Panel, installs and runs a LiveUpdate service. Worst of all, offers no way to remove any of these shortcuts.
what you said is true, but you still uninstall IObit Uninstaller 3 from control Panel which also removes those shortcuts on desktop. Hope I’ve provided answer to your questions.
