The next version of WiRAR- WinRAR 5.60– is going to be released with a new icon set theme as default by replacing WinRAR Classic.
Rarlabs has offered the classic theme as default for WinRAR since sometime for now, the makers of WinRAR today has released first beta version of WinRAR 5.60 with new Icon set theme.

WinRAR 5.60- Reverting to Classic theme
You can able to get previous WinRAR interface theme i.e. classic from here.
After downloading the file from above link, double clicking the rar file will install theme, you can then open WinRAR, click on options> Themes and choose ‘WinRAR Classic’.
