Google Removes Enable Instant Extended API Flag in Chrome

Two months back to make searching from ‘new tab’ faster and simpler Google has updated Chrome New tab page- also shows Google doodles if Google is set as your default search engine- with search bar, this was done to avoid people from visiting Search engine home page to perform the searches.

Enable Instant Extended API Flag removed from Chrome

Till now Google has allowed users to disable it and enable old new tab page by disabling ‘Enable Instant Extended API’ flag in about://flags. This flag is no longer available in dev, canary builds Chromium team has removed it and soon it will disappear from beta and stable channels also.
