
Microsoft released Cumulative Update KB4501375 for Windows 10 version 1903 to address long-standing issues that weren’t resolved till now. The update increased Windows build number to 18362.207 and brings quality improvements and fixes to major issues related to F.lux, the Night mode and Event Viewer.
We’ve reported Screenshots taken on Windows 10 1903 have Yellow tint here and said that’s because of F.lux running the background which has issues with May 2019 Update where F.lux color profiles won’t load when you startup/restart system with Fast Startup enabled. The f.lux team itself acknowledged the bug present on new Windows 10 and suggested users to disable Fast Startup to get around tinted screenshots and other issues their software having.
Changelog of KB4501375 released on June 27, 2019, mentions that Night light mode and color profiles issue addressed, we’ve installed the update and re-enabled Fast startup and can confirm that F.lux is no longer have aforementioned issues on Windows 10 build 18362.207.

We’ve reported Microsoft provided a workaround for Event Viewer custom views error, the company has resolved the issue with this update.
Addresses an issue that may display the error, “MMC has detected an error in a snap-in and will unload it.” when you try to expand, view, or create Custom Views in Event Viewer. Additionally, the application may stop responding or close. You may also receive the same error when using Filter Current Log in the Action menu with built-in views or logs.
The update fixes a looping redirects issue between Microsoft Edge and Internet Explorer 11.
You may be prevented when upgrading from Windows 7 to Windows 10 1903 with third-party antivirus installed, the update resolves this problem.

F.lux still does not work
Main issue with f.lux for us on Windows 10 1903 is tinted screenshots, seems that has been fixed, which we can confirm, we’re not aware of other issues. Can you be more specific, f.lux does not work means not working at night?
