IObit Uninstaller, useful and powerful portable tool that allows batch uninstall of programs and removal of toolbars and plugins has been updated to version 3.1. This version offers options for automation of uninstall and powerful scan and comes with other changes and fixes to bugs in previous version.

IObit Uninstaller 3.1 has got three new options in ‘General’ settings:
- Uninstall Program automatically
- Perform a powerful scan automatically
- Add Shred File button to Explorer
First and second are not enabled by default, but the third one is when you uncheck it, ‘File Shred’ button-which permanently/securely removes files -from Explorer command bar will be removed.
When you enable first or second or both options, when you click ‘uninstall’ button in Uninstaller after selecting the program, prompt dialogs for uninstall and Powerful scan won’t appear, they’ll be automagically done.
Other significant changes in this version are: when you install a program or browser plugin it will be detected in real-time and Uninstaller displays that program/plugin information instantly. Forced Uninstall button has been added to interface. Toolbars removal and rating systems (for plugins also) have been improved.
