Google Chrome has offered Recent Bookmarks folder in the past in Bookmark Manager but seems as if it has been removed recently, don’t know the reason why. Now to see newly bookmarked pages in Chrome, you need to open Bookmark Manager and scroll down all the way to bottom or end of page.

No one likes that, meet Recent Bookmarks, an extension for Chrome avoids that to some extent, after installing, it displays recent bookmarks in descending order grouped by day they were added.
The extension by default displays 15 recent bookmarks which you can change to ’1000′ by visiting its options. This extension lets you delete bookmarks also. When you hover mouse pointer over displayed bookmark in the list, exact date and time when it was added will be shown.
