How to Install avast with Minimal or basic protection without bloatware
To get started, while installing Avast, choose Custom option, when the setup asks ‘which components do you want to install?’, choose Minimal protection — you can also choose ‘custom protection’ and install necessary components you wish— this installation mode installs File shield and Web Shield on your computer, if you miss the browser protection, which also installs Avast SafePrice extension, select ‘Security browser extension’ and click ‘Install’ to proceed.
