Status bar in Vivaldi not only shows link destinations on hover over, but also offers these buttons: Show panel, page tiling, Toggle images, page actions and scale the browser UI. If you don’t want any of these and want to hide the Status bar in Vivaldi browser, here is how you can do that.

Hide or remove Status bar in Vivaldi browser
1. Ensure you’re using latest snapshot version 1.0.212 or greater,
2. Click on V Menu > View > ‘Toggle Status Bar’, you can also toggle sidebar Panel like this.
