Malwarebytes anti-Exploit Premium version shields PDF Readers, Media Players and applications from Microsoft Office.

One annoying thing you can notice with MAE Free is it shows a notification from the system tray whenever you start a browser or app it can protect with a message, for instance, for Chrome, it shows ‘ Google Chrome (and plugins) is now protected by Malwarebytes Anti-Exploit Free.’, you might see these notifications number of times in a day, luckily, you can disable or turn off them, here is how.

1. Double click on the MAE icon in the system tray to open its interface, click on Settings

2. Untick ‘Show notification traybar tooltips’ and click on ‘Apply’.
