Google+ Hangouts Has A Remote Desktop App Available Now For Tech Support

Google+ Hangouts now lets you offer tech support through Hangouts Remote Desktop app. This hangout app lets you look into Computer problems your friends or relatives facing. This app uses same technology of Chrome Remote Desktop. IMO this is a good and useful move by Google.

This Hangout App being described as “A Hangouts App for People to help other people with their computers by controlling remotely with their permission of course).

Google’s Daniel Caiafa shared this Google plus update “For those of you who play tech support for friends and family, there’s now a Hangouts app to make things easier — powered by the same technology behind Chrome Remote Desktop. “

“And because you’re both in a Hangout, you can talk with and see each other during the session.” he  added.
